How do I track my order?

What is our returns policy?

We are more than happy to accept returns if the product seal is not broken and is in a new and unused condition.

Please use  the despatch Paper you received with the product and make sure we receive it within 30 days of your receipt.

How do I return an item?

We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

 

Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. If the product seal is broken, we will not be able to refund you.

 

Get them back to us within 30 days of receipt

 

Include your despatch note as proof of purchase.

 

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
