Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes of course we do! The usual delivery time is between 3 and 5  days worldwide. Delivery is free for certain European countries & orders over a minimum amount, as well as free for ALL  WORLDWIDE DELIVERY for orders valued over 100 Euro. 

 
How do I track my order?

Follow the link here, and enter your unique shipping number you received from our Dispatch Email.

What are your delivery options?

Currently we use an Internationally certified courier service. With partner networks worldwide we guarantee a seamless, rapid and safe transportation of your chosen products.

 

 

 

What is our returns policy?

We are more than happy to accept returns if the product seal is not broken and is in a new and unused condition.

Please use  the despatch Paper you received with the product and make sure we receive it within 30 days of your receipt.

How do I return an item?

We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

 

Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. If the product seal is broken, we will not be able to refund you.

 

Get them back to us within 30 days of receipt

 

Include your despatch note as proof of purchase

 

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products
